Pilots: Fly Seabird Safe!
The Seabird Protection Network is partnering with pilots to fly seabird safe! Direct flyovers or multiple passes over sensitive wildlife can harm both pilots and wildlife. Areas along the California coast require you to fly at or above 1,000' AGL.
Know NOAA Regulations before you take to the air. For complete details go to NOAA's Office of National Marine Sanctuaries main website. Also, visit Frequently Asked Questions about NOAA Regulated Overflight Zones.
